Individual Session – 1h
Open to everyone: children, teenagers, adults, and seniors.
First Appointment – 1h30
We begin with an in-depth discussion, known as an anamnesis. This time allows me to get to know you better, understand your story and needs, and define together the goal you wish to achieve (calm, confidence, better sleep, preparation for an event, etc.).
This helps me offer a personalized and gradual approach, tailored to your pace.

Sophro-Analysis
Sophro-analysis is a therapeutic approach that helps uncover and release emotional and unconscious blockages that influence our lives—often without us even realizing it.
It combines sophrology tools (breathing, relaxation, visualization) with deep work on the roots of repetitive patterns, limiting beliefs, and past wounds (often stemming from childhood or even prenatal life).
The Goal?
To free yourself from what is holding you back, regain meaning, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater peace of mind.
It is a journey toward greater awareness, inner freedom, and alignment with your true self.
Methodology:
* Identify the significant and impactful events of your personal history
* Relive them consciously to understand and release them
* Accept them emotionally in order to overcome them
* Express yourself verbally from the emotion re-experienced to complete the
process of deactivation
