Group Sessions and Creative Workshops

Sharing a moment within a group offers a meaningful and enriching experience, where everyone can move forward at their own pace, respecting their personal journey, needs, and emotions.

Workshops and group sessions provide a safe, supportive, confidential, and non-judgemental space that encourages listening, connection, sharing, and self-discovery.

Each programme is designed to help participants develop their personal resources, improve their overall well-being, strengthen self-confidence, and move through life’s challenges with greater calm and resilience.

Sophrology Group Sessions and Workshops

Sophrology group sessions are open to everyone and require no previous experience.

Each session begins with a welcoming moment and a gentle exchange, allowing participants to settle in, express how they are feeling, and discover the theme of the session.

The practice then continues with breathing exercises, gentle dynamic relaxation, and mindful movements adapted to each person's abilities. These techniques gradually help release physical and mental tension, improve body awareness, and encourage a deeper sense of calm and inner balance.

The session continues with a guided visualisation exercise (sophronisation), offering a moment of deep relaxation. Participants are invited to connect with their positive resources, strengthen their abilities, or explore the theme of the session in a peaceful and supportive way.

A sharing time is offered at the end of the session for those who wish to express their experience and feelings. This moment always remains optional and respects each person's individual way of expressing themselves.

Each participant leaves with simple and practical tools that can be used in everyday life to continue experiencing the benefits of sophrology

Art Therapy Workshops and

Creative Groups

Art Therapy workshops offer a space for self-expression, where creativity becomes a powerful tool for personal growth, emotional release, and overall well-being.

No artistic skills or experience are required. The purpose is not to create a “perfect” or aesthetically successful artwork, but rather to allow each person to express what needs to emerge through the creative process.

Each session begins with a welcoming moment and an introduction to the theme or creative invitation.

Depending on the objectives of the workshop, different creative approaches may be explored, including drawing, painting, collage, clay modelling, creative writing, mandalas, land art, theatre, body expression, music, colour-based creations, and many other forms of artistic expression.

A dedicated creative time then allows each participant to explore freely and personally. Everyone is encouraged to create in their own way, without judgement, comparison, or the pressure of achieving a particular result.

When appropriate, a sharing moment allows participants to put words to their experience, emotions, or discoveries made during the creative process.

The meaning of the artwork always belongs to the person who created it. The role of the art therapist is not to interpret the creation, but to accompany the individual through gentle questioning, attentive listening, and support in discovering their own personal insights.

These workshops encourage self-awareness, creativity, emotional expression, self-confidence, and the ability to reconnect with personal strengths, all within a safe and respectful environment.

Workshop fees vary depending on the duration, theme, and materials required.

Group workshops offer a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can explore, share, and grow in complete confidence, free from judgement and at their own pace.

Each workshop is thoughtfully designed around a specific theme, promoting wellbeing, creativity, emotional balance, self-confidence, and personal development.
